[Bug]: Reminder does not work when inviting people

Bug description

In Nextcloud 32.0.7 the invitation does not use the default reminder when adding attendees. Without attendees it works fine. The ThunderBird client gets the meeting, but has no reminder for the organizer and attendees.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an appointment with attendees, keep the default reminder. No reminder in ThunderBird.
2. Create an appointment without attendees, keep the default reminder. A reminder in Thunderbird.

Expected behavior

When inviting people, the default reminder should be respected and used.
