Steps to reproduce:

1. Install CodeFirst nuget package into solution and rebuild solution
2. Run a Black Duck Binary Analysis scan on the System.Data.SqlClient.dll generated in the build output directory
3. BDBA scan will identify the System.Data.SqlClient.dll as being out of date
