Getter for server instructions

As a follow-up of #99 , is there any reason there's no getter for this value? Currently, as far as I can tell, the instructions are write-only, and there's no way to retrieve them during the initialization handshake.

As I understand, these instructions are meant for the client and they are available to the client code, e.g. via io.modelcontextprotocol.client.McpAsyncClient#getCurrentInitializationResult or io.modelcontextprotocol.client.McpSyncClient#getCurrentInitializationResult and that can be used to inspect the instructions.

Please re-open in case of further feedback or open a new issue if there's a particular use case worth re-assessing.
