The manifest is linking to files with .ts extension

Expected Behavior

Manifest should link to javascript files, see : webcomponents/custom-elements-manifest#96 (comment)

1. look at https://www.npmjs.com/package/@fluentui/web-components/v/beta?activeTab=code and open the manifest file
