Implement tomllib

Has anyone tried implementing tomllib, introduced to the standard library in Python 3.11?

I only noticed Matt's ping after I had already started trying to port the same source tomli as well. ( Copilot assisted)

It now passes 100% of the tests on both CPython, MicroPython unix and esp32.
But is not yet optimized for size, nor speed, and MicroPython documentation are to be written

Yes , it was adopted into stdlib

Yes , Brian forked and ported to MicroPython a few years ago , I did that just recently.

There are some differences

This is sorely needed as the closest stdlib alternative, configparser, isn't implemented either.

For the latter there's #265 that's been languishing in the PR queue for a while, although it needs a few changes to be brought up to modern repo conventions.
