SolarXiao and possibly other Xiao-NRF boards hang during boot 1.14 #1992
Description
1.14 locks up during boot on wehooper4 SolarXiao boards. I traced it to I2C scanning.
In particular recent code additions scanning for RTC clock on I2C hangs.
I've remapped the I2C pins on SolarXiao to its unused NFC pins as a workaround.
I also added bridged repeater builds which are badly needed for backhaul repeaters.
Also added 2W builds, which keep people from blowing up their radios by accident.
