Max hops per regio #1958
Description
In the Netherlands we are slowly getting a countrywide coverage and also Germany gets connected to the Netherlands.
To reduce the traffic that unneededly gets forwarded over the whole network, where only local is needed, scopes got introduced.
Still a lot of traffic gets repeated nationally, because no scope is set.
I would like to specify the max hop per scope on my repeater. This way I can slowly reduce the hop count for scope *.
