[Bug]: New Markdown Database Has Trashed All My Data - Zero Records - MacOS

Describe the bug

I've just upgrade to the latest version (v4.6.0) and all my data has disappeared:

The rollback doesn't go back to the old format, it attempts to migrate current data back, so I can't recover that way:

I still have a massCode.db which I am hoping its going to pick it up again and I don't have to start fishing files out of backups:

Rolled back to v4.4.0 and the sqlite database has sprung back into action and (mild panic over) my data has returned.

I tested clicking on the browse button for the markdown location and it was ok with that (eg no asking permission to access the directory).

Couldn't find any logs, except a binary format one in application support, which I couldn't read.

Guess we are in a tricky situation now if this is an Apple-only issue...?

1. Upgrade to v4.6.0
2. Open App
3. Empty Data

I have tried upgrading again and it has not fixed it for me. Is there any config or further detail that could be useful?

I installed v4.6.0 over the top of 4.4.0 and then did the sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/massCode.app to make it runable, and first load, its still empty:

Rolling back to v4.4.0 has worked still to restore things again.

Try to remove storage key in ~/Library/Application Support/massCode/v2/preferences.json

Sorry, yes I meant the 4.7.1.

I think I glanced at this when I was flipping between tabs:

OK I have gone into the json, removed the storage key.

Installed 4.7.1, run the sudo command.

Opened up and... GLORY! It has worked this time.
