[Feature] Add DeleteForeverIcon to Sistent

Desired Behavior

Create a DeleteForeverIcon in Sistent to reduce dependency on @mui/icons-material and ensure design consistency across Layer5 products. This is required to preserve the exact UX in Meshery's ConnectionChip component without visual regression.
