Privacy Policy for Planoma

Introduction

Francesco Bianco ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Planoma mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide

  • Habit Information: Names, descriptions, and completion records for your habits
  • App Settings: Your preferences for themes, notifications, and app behavior
  • Purchase Information: If you purchase Planoma Pro, Apple handles the transaction. We only receive a transaction identifier to unlock premium features
  • Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about how you interact with the app

Data We Don't Collect

  • We do not collect personal information like your name, email, or contact details
  • We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files
  • We do not track your location

How We Use Your Data

Local Storage

  • All your habit data is stored locally on your device
  • Your data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync

iCloud Sync (Optional)

  • If you enable iCloud sync, your habit data is stored in your private iCloud account
  • We cannot access your iCloud data
  • iCloud sync requires a Planoma Pro subscription

Analytics

  • We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app
  • This includes feature usage, app performance, and crash reports
  • No personal information is included in analytics

Data Security

  • All data is stored using industry-standard encryption
  • Local data is protected by your device's security features
  • iCloud data is encrypted by Apple's security systems

Your Rights

Data Control

  • You have full control over your habit data
  • You can export your data at any time (Planoma Pro)
  • You can delete all your data by uninstalling the app

Analytics Opt-Out

  • You can disable analytics in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Planoma Pro Subscription

Planoma Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following terms:

  • Payment: Will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Manage Subscription: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
  • Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your iTunes Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • Annual subscription (with discount)
  • Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)

Third-Party Services

Apple Services

  • iCloud: For optional data synchronization (your private account)
  • App Store: For app distribution and subscription management
  • StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases

RevenueCat

  • We use RevenueCat for subscription management
  • RevenueCat processes anonymous purchase data

Children's Privacy

Planoma does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

International Users

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date.

Data Retention

  • Local Data: Retained until you delete the app or clear the data
  • iCloud Data: Retained in your iCloud account until you disable sync or delete the app
  • Analytics: Anonymous data retained for up to 24 months
