Agent Skills support in ADK

Hi All
I wanted to inquire that if anyone knows that google adk supports agent skills standard(https://agentskills.io/home) ? If yes, how do we use it? If not then is there a existing feature request/work being done to enable it?

Im not asking about A2A.
Im asking about agentskills which is a open standard by anthropic released in december 2025.

There's no current plan. But the team is still evaluating it.

It would be great to have skills support. That way one does not have to rely purely on system and user prompts. Skills can be triggered from a conversation.

And skills are deterministic. I mean you could guide/steer the agent in a precise way without hallucinating.
