subAgent not stable to bind mcp #2222

Describe the bug
I added 3mcp， and let main agent send mcp name as part of prompt to subAgent， want subAgent to call the mcp tool. But sometimes subAgent says it does not have mcp tools, sometime it can call mcp tool
