Filter settings in Diff Snapshots view appear to be not editable

The text fields below the two radio buttons lack visual signifiers to make them appear editable. The issue affects both the dark and light themes (see screenshots below).

Recommendation: Follow Material Design guidelines on text fields. Specifically, text fields can either have a filled background or an outline.

Closing as fixed by PR #5200, which added outline borders to the text fields in the filter dialogs.
