[3.5.4.] filemtime(): stat failed after clean cache #2215
Description
Clearing the cache causes the env.php file to be deleted from the location /home/........../public_html/core/storage/cache/env.php and error -
Error : filemtime(): stat failed for /home/........../public_html/core/storage/cache/env.php
Creating an empty env.php file fixes the error, but after clearing the cache, the problem occurs again.
