Current suggestion is following:
An introduction as well as a description of the PI

Headings for each WP with a link to quickly reach the relevant WP (on the same page)
For each WP the layout should be 2 columns with two people side by side (teamleader and then member in alphabetical order).
A description for each person, my suggestion is following
Team Leader or member
Affiliation: Which center
ORCID: XXX
Work packages: WP1, WP2, WP3, WP4
Short description of function

No individual page for each person

@lwjohnst86 I see that some people have made a this-is-x branch, was this in relation to a prior meeting? And how do we make everybody fill in following in the respective people-wpx.yml

Yea, I'm planning on going through those PRs and either closing them or fixing them to match the new style and merging them in.

As for getting everyone to make an entry, you'll have to coordinate with @danielwitte and/or @guntof

Perfect! I will talk with Daniel about it if nothing has happened before our meeting 18/3 - to maybe send out a mail with a description of what is wanted from everybody (who we do not have a description of yet).
I have also tried to do a readme file for the data so it should be easy to tell what should be included as well as the visual example from our website.

Any suggestions for how we should present PI/Daniel - Should we just do it similar to WP1 (with only one person)?

I think it is fine to present PI with only Daniel. I don't have any other idea and it makes it clear that he is involved in all WPs.

I of course can't speak to @danielwitte but I know he's said he doesn't want a separate section for just him. He is already declared as the PI in the WP1 section, and most people will know that PIs are usually involved in all aspects of the project. I don't think he needs to be added to each WP section.
