Pytest import errors due to roslibpy 2.0.0 actiolnlib

Describe the bug
according to changelog v2.0.0 moved the location of the actionlib module. https://pypi.org/project/roslibpy/

Oh wow, good catch! Indeed, roslibpy 2.0 was released yesterday and it includes breaking changes to the API. compas_fab should define its dependency as >1.1,<2 (and then update to support roslibpy 2 + ROS 2.

This is fixed on #453, I'll cut a new release today

@mattiskoh a patch release of COMPAS FAB is now out (v1.1.2) that fixes this issue (for now, putting an upper bound to roslibpy). It's on pypi already, will land on conda later today
