I'm interested in contributing to this repo. Any help on how I can get started? I was thinking of submitting a PR directly with an initial example of a bare minimum project that uses commitizen, and wait for your feedback, how does that sound?

@jimthedev is this still the implementation we want to use for configuration files? If so, can you initialize this and the other configuration repos with an empty README so we can get them going? I don't seem to have the authority on GH.
