I'm not sure we want automated reviews on every PR. What do you think, @paulbalandan?

Maintainers can already request a Copilot review when they find it useful. We may just need to add repository-specific instructions so that its reviews better match our expectations. I can look into that.

I don't think an automatic review for every PR is worth it. As far as I know coderabbit.ai has limits, so running it everytime may easily deplete that.

If we don't want an automatic review, we can also trigger it manually using @coderabbitai review as an alternative Copilot.
