Create Basic Dashboard UI

• will be in the route "/dashboard"
• Design and implement a dashboard for Freelancer users:
  • Show active jobs and current bids
  • Display recent earnings and job history
  • Provide an overview of ongoing and completed projects
• Design and implement a dashboard for Enterprise users:
  • Show posted jobs and their status (e.g., open, closed)
  • Display bids received for each job
  • Provide an overview of active and completed hires
• Design and implement a dashboard for Hybrid users:
  • Combine features from Freelancer and Enterprise dashboards
  • Show both active jobs, bids, and job postings
  • Display earnings, job history, and bid status
