<p>I am a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computational_biology" target="\_blank">computational biologist</a> working at the New York Structural Biology Center (New York, NY, USA). My postdoctoral work was focused on integrating prior information into <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryogenic_electron_microscopy" target="\_blank">cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM)</a> image processing and supervised by Profs. <a href="http://www.gersteinlab.org/" target="\_blank">Mark B Gerstein</a> and <a href="http://noodle.med.yale.edu/hdtag/profile.html" target="\_blank">Hemant D Tagare</a> at Yale University (New Haven, CT, USA). Under the supervision of Profs. <a href="http://www.cs.mcgill.ca/~blanchem/" target="\_blank">Mathieu Blanchette</a> and <a href="https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Josee_Dostie" target="\_blank">Josée Dostie</a> at McGill University (Montréal, QC, CAN), I obtained a PhD in Computer Science with a concentration in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bioinformatics" target="\_blank">bioinformatics</a> (2019). My PhD dissertation focused on high-resolution bioinformatics approaches, statistical modeling and machine learning in 3D regulatory genomics – in particular, data obtained from <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromosome_conformation_capture" target="\_blank">chromosome conformation capture</a> and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromatin_immunoprecipitation" target="\_blank">chromatin immunoprecipitation</a>.</p>
