Directly link to docs on the site

👋 Hi! Recent convert to Clack here - love the package & a lot of its design decisions!

However, every time I want to read docs for it, I forget all previous knowledge other than its URL and go through this process:

1. Visit clack.cc
2. Re-scan the page for docs links
3. Click the GitHub link
4. Scroll down
5. Click @clack/prompts

Would you be up for me adding direct links to @clack/core & @clack/prompts to the website, to save steps 2-4?
