Fix Safari toolbar icon accent color tinting

Updated all toolbar icons to prevent Safari from applying the system
accent color tint. Safari tints icons it detects as uniform/grayscale,
so the new icons include subtle color variations that bypass this
detection while maintaining the intended appearance.

Also reorganized icon assets into assets/SafariToolbarIcon/ folder.
