Copy/Paste to a different language - sorting is broken

We got the following error in the current version v3.2.2 in TYPO3 13.4.25.

Click Flow:

1. Create Container Element CON 1
2. Inside Container Element create text element POS 1
3. Below POS1 create text element POS 2
4. Create a translation of the page TRAN 1
5. Copy CON 1
6. Paste CON 1 in the TRAN 1 root

Error:

POS 1 is now below POS 2.

Here is a screenshot from the DB:

So in the end the sorting is now broken. This happens on every copy and paste to another language. If I paste to the same language it works as expected.

I can confirm that this bug got introduced with release 3.1.7. (https://github.com/b13/container/releases/tag/3.1.7)

I've got the same problem for a while now. Happens in TYPO3 12.4 as well. Can confirm that version 3.1.6 doesn't have the problem.
