Model is hardcoded to "sonnet4.5"

At least based on this line it looks like the model parameter is hardcoded to "sonnet4.5", not allowing to use other more powerful models like "opus4.5" when needed. It should be either fixed with proper params or just documented to explain the reason why hardcoding that specific model. Thanks!

+1 this would be great if we could pass the model option
