`gpt-5.5` / `gpt-5.5-pro` model not working with ChatGPT account

Description

When selecting gpt-5.5 or gpt-5.5-pro models with a connected ChatGPT account (Plus subscription active), OpenCode returns.
Other models (DeepSeek, Qwen, MiMo) work fine. GPT models appear in the list as available. Reconnecting the provider does not help. Clearing the app cache (%APPDATA%\opencode\EBWebView\Default\Cache) does not resolve the issue.

Expected behavior: gpt-5.5 models should work with a ChatGPT account, or should not appear as available options for this account type.

gpt 5.5 works fine, for pro u need the $200 plan I believe
