[FEATURE] Self healing (integrate backward forward LET + remove GER tooling into aggkit)

We are working on tooling for healing and detecting some situations related to the remove GER and backward/foward LET.

It should be possible to detect and fix this scenarios without manual intervention. Either from the main aggkit instance or from a "watchdog"
