Bug Description

My server is running on 1.21.11, and, i have a plugin using the UI_BUTTON_CLICK sound.
But on 1.8.9, this sound plays a random music from minecraft. But, on /playsound command, works normal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use playsound from bukkit with sound UI_BUTTON_CLICK
2. View the bug

Expected Behavior

Play the correct sound

Okay so it has a problem with mappings 1.9.4 -> 1.8.8, now it is easier to debug. It should be "Incorrect sound on 1.8.9 -> 1.9.4"
