[ActionSheet]: lose focus after pressing tab

Describe the bug

Open actionsheet, press arrow key then press tab key will make focus lost.

Reproduction steps

1. Open https://ui5.github.io/webcomponents-react/v2/?path=/story/modals-popovers-actionsheet--default
2. Tab on Open ActionSheet and click enter
3. Click down arrow key to move focus to second action button
4. Click tab key and will make focus out of popover

Expected Behaviour

click tab key shouldn't move the focus out of popover
For sap open ui5, there won't have this issue.
