Support comments in the .env file #2
Description
Sub Issue: First just skip over the lines that start with #.
Idea: populate each comment on top of a key to the Vault as a metadata entry. Probably this link is useful: https://developer.hashicorp.com/vault/docs/secrets/kv/kv-v2/cookbook/custom-metadata. Then recreate the same file
with metadata as the comments.
Remember to document this feature so others know to use it.
