• Count existing chairs : SFPC chairs around +70

• LessonFace chairs +10

• Check with WestBeth Community Room
  whether we can use their chairs, and the number

• Clean chairs

• M Studio manager's name is Savage

• We pay him for hourly + studio rental fee @tchoi8

• Double check about load in time

• Move tables (how many do we have / need) for break out sessions from SFPC to space

• Table for registration / check-in?

• Designate space / locations for breakout sessions

• Signage for breakout session locations?

• Move monitor to speaker location
