[ENHANCEMENT] Option to produce the task summary in Markdown

I tend to paste the summary into my commits, however that loses the formatting - if you offered the option to copy as .md that would save me quite a bit of time re-adding the format (which tbh i don't always do)

I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

Problem: When the task completes and shows a completion summary, users want an easy way to copy the result as Markdown (preserving formatting). Currently, a "Copy as markdown" button exists on the Markdown component but only appears on hover, making it hard to discover. The prominent copy button in TaskActions copies only the initial task prompt, not the completion result.

Proposed approach:

1. Add a "Copy as Markdown" button to the completion result header in ChatRow.tsx (both the say and ask completion_result cases, around lines 1321-1334 and 1649-1666). This button would sit alongside the existing OpenMarkdownPreviewButton in the header bar, making it always visible and easy to find.

2. Use the existing useCopyToClipboard utility (webview-ui/src/utils/clipboard.ts) for the copy logic, consistent with other copy buttons in the codebase.

3. Add a translatable tooltip/label for the new button (e.g., "Copy result as Markdown") to the relevant i18n locale files.

4. Add tests for the new button behavior in the existing ChatRow test suite.

This is a lightweight, focused change - just adding a visible copy-as-markdown button to the completion result header so users don't have to discover the hover-based copy button on the Markdown component body.
