It's been requested that we separate out the I/O documentation for each of the Qiskit Functions into their own "API Ref" pages. These would be manually created from the currently existing content and formatted with our API ref style tags instead of tables
We'll need to create separate pages in a new /docs/api/functions directory for the following:
For new content requests - if the request is accepted, do you want to write the content?
