Close Command

OpenXML no longer supports the close command, but many methods still call it.

Since OpenXML SDK 2.20.0 it has become obsolete and from version 3 it has been removed and documented as a breaking change. However vNext branch only refers "2.8.1" as the dependancy. So as long as you have a OpenXML version 2.x version, it will just be OK. I think the removal of Close() in favour of dispost will be done along with dependancy upgrade soon as I can see some activity in this repo and the authors are looking for maintainers.
