This is PERFECT because:
- not another all-in-one bs that pollutes context, installs tons of skills, silently invades configs and provide 100 mcps
- a tool that solves EXACTLY problem: semantic code search. Nothing extra
- concise but enough docs + uninstall opportunity
- works great without any deps
