[Discord] Alternative Mana Bar toggle and mana text not updating correctly

Environment

MSUF 6.12; Retail 12.1.0; Player Frame > Power Bar > Alternative Mana Bar

Reproduction steps

1. Log into an Elemental Shaman using Maelstrom as the primary resource.
2. Open MSUF settings and locate the Alternative Mana Bar option.
3. Enable and disable the Alternative Mana Bar.
4. Notice that the mana bar underneath the Maelstrom resource bar remains visible even when the option is disabled.
5. Observe the mana values/text displayed above and below the resource bar. The values appear to mirror each other or update incorrectly.
6. Use an ability that consumes mana.
7. After spending mana, the displayed values begin updating differently/correctly.
8. Toggle the Alternative Mana Bar again and observe that the bar still does not properly disappear.
