[Discord] Icon Effect option shows inconsistently

Environment

MSUF v6.08; Retail 12.1; Party > Auras > Spell Icon

Reproduction steps

Either this option should or shouldn't be there. It shouldn't be there sometimes :D

1. Open Spell Icon menu and make sure Show spell indicators is off
2. Icon Effect is shown as an option
3. Turn on Show spell indicators
4. Icon Effect is no longer shown as an option
5. Turn on Preview all spells
6. Icon Effect is shown as an option again.
