[Discord] NIT: various issues on switching profiles on fresh character

Reproduction steps

Kind of a wishy-washy bug here, I noticed that upon logging into a new character and selecting my usual MSUF profile, things were a bit odd until I hit a /reload, after which everything functioned 100% normally.

I don't think there are any particular bugs worth fixing here perhaps beyond prompting the user to /reload after switching profiles.

Just a suggestion here.

Very little to report rn honestly, addon is great. Will probably have more once M+ and raid opens up and I can do a lot of practical testing

Short question to you:

Do you use different UIScale settings on your profiles? Just asking because I once had a similar issue and Mapko told me that the "Do you want to reload your UI now?" message is only showing up when using different UIScales.

Maybe the prompt should showing up for all profiles-switchs (no matter if different UIscale or not). Just an idea.
