[Discord] Cleanse border acting up on offline target

Environment

MSUF v6.8-beta1; Retail 12.1; Highlight Borders > Cleanse Border

Reproduction steps

Very niche, but thought I'd report anyway.
Also don't know if it is this debuff in particular that's causing it or not.

1. Debuff on party member that is offline
2. Select party member to see red outline
3. Turn off Cleanse Border
4. Outline disappears
5. Turn if back on
6. Outline reappears

See screenshots. If I select test cleanse border it show the border behind the portrait, basically where I would expect it.
The dectection is on dispellable by group, which means it shouldn't trigger in the first place.
It also shows on any dispel type, but doesn't show on dispellable by me.

Shows blue border from test where I would expect this red one to also show, even though I feel the red one shouldn't be there at all.

He lost the debuff though it seems... or maybe it's because I turned off MSUF to test something CMC related... but the debuff and border are gone now

I mean as soon as he goes offline I cut any aura notification and it basically gets "stuck" in code

When he comes back online ill do for that unitframe or groupframe a full aura refresh
