Jump to Top hidden

This could have gone to feature submission, however may be more of a bug. The "jump to top" arrow is hidden by the 'Meetup' Button. Either feature could be moved, let's evaluate and test some different ideas.

I would suggest moving the “Meetup” button slightly to the left so that the “Jump to Top” button remains fully visible.

A responsive approach would be suitable for a better UE :

• Mobile: Stack the "Jump to Top" button above the "MeetUp (DevEx Sessions)" button so both stay visible.
• Desktop (≥1024px / lg breakpoint): Shift the "DevEx Sessions" button slightly to the left so it no longer overlaps with "Jump to Top" and both remain clearly visible.
