[Feature]: Add mods to cs2 server

As serveradmin i want be able to install basic mods for CS2 server

There is currently no mod install available for cs2 servers.
it is however totally possible to install mods manually like metamod. BUT: installing metamod requires altering the gameinfo.gi wich on every update gets rewritten thus loosing the mod.

if installed metamod via lgsm i would expect it to take care about this gameinfo.gi file for example.

importand mods would be at least:

• metamod ( https://www.sourcemm.net/downloads.php/?branch=master )
• CounterStrikeSharp

id be very willing to help out, but have no real experience with lgsm development so currently a little stuck ;)

i currently install mods manually.
to get around the gameinfo.gi file i created this pr:
#4500
maybe that helps in the meantime untill mods are supported for cs2
