Steps to reproduce the bug

If you set an event that lasts all day, and also made a notification 1 day before it, then it will work at night at 12 o'clock as soon as that day arrives.

Expected behavior

do this as it is done for all x calendars, under this condition, the notification should work at 9.00 or so that you can choose the time.
