I have discovered the paint table but the recipe can only be found in jei by checking the uses for the paint cans and the table doesn't show up at all in the creative menu, I've seen this in mods before but I don't know the cause it seems to be an oversight as the table is fully functional including patreon only skins but the recipie doesn't show up without extra effort.
