Possible Regression in fb6.0 restore "Implementation of text subtype 21 not located"

When I'll try to restore FB4 or FB5 backup to FB6 server I'lll get an error.

"unsuccessful metadata update"PUBLIC"."ACDOCUMENT"Implementation of text subtype 21 not located.Exiting before completion due to errors"

As far as I'm aware, Firebird 4 and 5 do not have a subtype 21. Positive subtypes are reserved for internal use by Firebird. This suggests you have incorrectly used a positive subtype yourself.

@mrotteveel It's not about BLOB sub-types. Text subtype is an internal alias for the combined charset/collation ID, i.e. it's likely about collation being not found.

@dyemanov But then 21 is ISO8859_1, and without higher bits set, it doesn't seem to have a collation.

Please use my GPG key on github (https://github.com/AlexPeshkoff.gpg) to encrypt backup. After it you can send it using any public channel, for example email to ***@***.***
