feature: the list of closed (either merged or closed) PRs should be displayed, in the tool

It would give context, and could help to remember why something was done with that repository.

The problem right now is that a repository with a PR that could have just been closed by the parent repository owner, could contain code we want to keep.

Things should be clearly displayed
