Bug: Task Dialog Pin / Unpin creates blinks/glitches

Describe the bug

• Upon pinning/unpinning a task in the Task Dialog, the UI refreshes as intended but so do the contents of the Task Dialog.
• Might be an issue with re renders triggered by useEffect incorrectly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Any task'
2. Click on 'Pin or Unpin'
3. See glitch

Expected behavior
It should not blink at all!
