Add AKS identity binding errors to TSG

Update the table at https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python/blob/main/sdk/identity/azure-identity/TROUBLESHOOTING.md#troubleshoot-workloadidentitycredential-authentication-issues with identity bindings troubleshooting info. Base it off of what was done for Go in Azure/azure-sdk-for-go#25908.
