[Bug]: installed agents not recognized (Linuxbrew + NPM) (Linux, Appimage)

Bug Description

I'm trying this out for the first time, but I cannot get past the setup because it can't find any of my installed agents
I've installed opencode, copilot, claude-code and codex, installed via homebrew or npm:

$ which copilot claude opencode codex
/home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/bin/copilot
/home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/bin/claude
/home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/bin/opencode
/home/jeroen/.config/nvm/versions/node/v22.14.0/bin/codex

And none of them show up in AutoMaker

Steps to Reproduce

1. install coding agent
2. download Appimage of Automaker
3. Launch Automaker and select theme
4. select coding agent

Expected Behavior

5. installed agent should be detected

Actual Behavior

5. I see ' CLI not found' message, for all of the installed tools.
