[PWGLF] Add pp 5.36 TeV and OO 5.36 TeV variants of the K1(1270) and Omega(2012) ML injection configs
Same 8 strata, gun configurations and forced-decay tables as the pp 13.6 TeV INIs; only the underlying-event configuration differs (pythia8_inel_pp536tev.cfg, pythia8_OO_536.cfg). The per-channel tests are renamed without the collision-system suffix and shared by all INIs.
